A legacy that extends over two decades

1998 Modest Beginning After completing his formal education, Mahesh Garg laid the founding stone of Aggarwal Coated Fab Pvt. Ltd., a PVC leather manufacturing unit at Bahadurgarh, Haryana. He dreamt of supplying quality PVC leather to shoe makers across the nation.
2004 Beating expectations Due to the tireless efforts of the founders and the extremely dedicated staff, Aggarwal Coated Fab reached an annual production capacity of 3 million linear meter, earlier than expected.
2015 Expanding horizons In 2015, Colence International was born as a sister firm to Aggarwal Coated Fab. It is a part of the family run business founded and funded by Mahesh Garg and his son Mayank Garg. The father son duo aimed to manufacture and source quality raw material for manufacturers in various industries such as footwear, furniture, car/motor seat covers and leather accessories such as handbags, wallets and belts. This time they did not just restrict to artificial leather but also incorporated Chemicals (such PVC paste resin, DOP, EVA), release papers and fabrics.
2016 Continuing the run Colence continues to aim for the sky while understanding the ground reality and challenges. We are aggressively increasing our warehousing facilities, manufacturing capacity and team size to achieve what we desire. Achieving vertical integration by sourcing and supplying chemicals, fabrics and release paper.
